Carpet Cleaning Inspection
Before we start cleaning your carpets we pre-inspect all of the rooms and/or
items that need to be treated, looking in particular, for any heavily soiled
areas or traffic patterns in the carpet. We will then review our carpet cleaning
process and answer any of your questions.
Furniture Removal
Our carpet cleaning crew will carefully move all furniture (except very large
items, such as: pianos, china cabinets, entertainment armoires, etc.) from the
rooms that need cleaning.
Carpet Pre-Treatment
We pre-treat all areas that need special cleaning treatment.

After Cleaning Process
After the carpet is completely cleaned, we will apply Scotchgard™ or carpet
protector, and then groom the carpet. The final process is to replace the
furniture to its original location and place protective pads underneath each

Steam
Carpet Cleaning |
Steam cleaning is one of the most
effective carpet cleaning methods. We
use equipment that applies hot water
and detergents into your carpeting at
high pressure. After the solution is
extracted, your carpets will look and
smell like new, and most importantly,
be free of most dirt and germs.

With basic steam cleaning you
can freshen up your carpet. This method of
cleaning contains a Ph balance reducer that
breaks down chlorine in the water so that there

With shampoo steam cleaning we can

slightly damp. This method of

Deep steam cleaning is a carpet
cleaning process that removes most of the dirt and
ground-in grit from your carpet. Deep cleaning
protects your carpet, extends its life span, and
will eliminate tough stains. This carpet cleaning
process includes basic steam cleaning, shampoo, and
deodorizer. It goes well below the surface of your
carpet. Recommended every six to twelve months,
depending on traffic.

Duty Carpet Steam Cleaning |

Heavy duty steam cleaning will
remove dirt, soot, sod, germs, and most allergens
that are deeply embedded from even the most soiled
areas of your carpeting. Included in this
service are basic steam cleaning, pre-conditioning,
shampoo, sanitizer, deodorizer, and Scotchgard™ or
Teflon® carpet protection. Recommended every twelve
to eighteen months.
